Our Facility

All group classes are taught in our spacious and comfortable training hall located at The Dogwood Centre on Victoria Road South, just south of Wellington Road 34. Our 1600+ square foot hall is fully enclosed and heated. Never put off training because of the weather: its cool in the summer and warm in the winter! The training facility is also equipped with 1-inch thick rubber flooring for safety and comfort.

Adjacent to the indoor training hall is a 2000 square foot grass area. We use this space to train and play as well.
